Each extra cup raised healthy ageing chances by 2-5%. Tea and decaf showed no benefits, while fizzy drinks lowered healthy ageing odds. Moderate coffee (up to 2 cups daily) may help support ageing alongside healthy habits, though benefits are modest and need more research.
